the benefits of sports

Today I am going to be talking about the benefits of playing sports in your youth. One benefit is that it forces kids to be physically active, and that will lower childhood obesity numbers. Another benefit is that it builds team building skills in youth. Also it shows kids how to work with others. Another benefit is that it forces kids to deal with diversity. This is a benefit because it will make kids ready for life in the future.

  1. I agree with this so much. Much of the character that is built in our youth derives from sports. Sports teach hard work and are a great learning curve for our children. Sports also keep them active. And of course, they are great social environment!

If you do cross fit it focuses on core strength, and involves a lot of dynamic movements. Conventional on the other hand involves static slow and controlled movements. Body builders usually only train conventional style.
